Team Lead MarCom Content (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Team Lead MarCom Content (m/f/d) working 39h/week to start immediately.

What you will do:

Oversee the planning, creation, and management of content for both internal and external audiences, ensuring consistency with organizational messaging and goals
Lead the development of the organization’s visual identity to ensure the delivery of compelling, brand-aligned design outputs
Drive innovation by exploring new mediums, formats, and technologies to evolve how we develop and deliver content and graphics, ensuring our outputs stay fresh, engaging, and future-ready
Lead the Marcom Content team in terms of employee, budget, and task management while also building a supportive and innovative environment that fosters the professional growth of the team

What we are looking for:

Degree in the field of content development, marketing, communications, PR or equivalent
Min. 5 years of experience in the field of content development and managing employees
Experience in brand management is beneficial
Very strong understanding of core marcom principles
Proficient in English (C1 level)
