IMS Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an IMS Manager (m/f/d) working 39h/week to start immediately.
What you will do:
- Further develop and standardize the integrated management system, including process documentation
- Develop and execute an internal audit program while monitoring compliance
- Maintain a company-wide risk register and conduct internal risk assessments
- Continuous improvement of our processes and workflows
- Prepare reports on key figures and processes for management
What we are looking for:
- Degree in the field of Business Administration, Quality Management or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in process mapping and in implementing management systems in a multi-department organization
- Experience with IMS software implementation is beneficial
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
