IT Helpdesk Agent (m/f/d)

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Agent (m/f/d) working 39h/week to start immediately.
What you will do:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring user satisfaction
- Handle and fulfill user requests for IT services, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation
- Provide troubleshooting and resolution for technical issues, ensuring systems and applications function optimally
- Ensure the secure creation, modification, and removal of user accounts and access rights
What we are looking for:
- Degree in the field of computer science, information technology or a completed vocational training in the relevant field
- 1-2 years of practical experience in a first level support role
- Solid expertise in diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network issues
- Knowledge of operating systems and common enterprise software (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure)
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
