Technical Expert Social Compliance (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Technical Expert Social Compliance (m/f/d) working 39h/week to start immediately.
What you will do:
- Support the development of a global knowledge, product and regulatory portfolio in social compliance and sustainable trade
- Professional knowledge development through research, industry engagement and targeted training
- Take part in external representation and cross-functional technical collaboration to support stakeholder engagement, knowledge transfer and capacity building
- Function in a team that provides technical leadership and engages with external stakeholders through knowledge transfer, advisory support, and participation in industry platforms
What we are looking for:
- Degree in the field of social sciences, rural development, sustainable agriculture; or equivalent
- Min. 5 years of practical experience in the field of agricultural social compliance
- Good understanding of agricultural production practices, audit protocols & certification schemes
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
